A HOMEFRONT PROJECT / DOUBLE VANITY & HEX TILE
Warm wood. Clean geometry.
A HOMEFRONT Project.
This finished Los Angeles bathroom pairs a long wood double-sink vanity and brass fixtures with a frameless shower lined in large hexagonal marble-look tile and a smaller hexagonal mosaic floor.

This Los Angeles bathroom leans into warmer, quieter materials. A long wood double vanity offers two sinks beneath softly rounded mirrors, while brass fixtures repeat through the room. Opposite the vanity, a glass shower shows off large hexagonal marble-look wall tile and smaller hexagonal mosaic underfoot.
THE PROJECT / FINISHED
The finished space
Looking from the doorway, the room unfolds in two parallel zones. The long wood vanity on the left gives each sink a distinct place, while the full-height glass on the right keeps the tiled shower in view. At the far end, a privacy-glass window brings in soft light without competing with the finishes. Matching brass-tone hardware links the two halves.
THE PROJECT / TOGETHER
How the project comes together
The room gets much of its character from scale. Large, irregular-edged hexagonal wall tiles give the shower a broad geometric pattern; much smaller hexagonal mosaics make the floor read as a different surface. The simple lines of the warm-wood vanity balance those shapes. The paired photographs record the actual finished room from the doorway and a closer angle beside the shower.
